Content Allowed

You can host any content on our servers that you will ever need. However there are a few restrictions.

Examples of unacceptable material on all hosting accounts include but are not limited to:

• Mail Bombers/Spam Scripts/Spamming
• Escrow/Bank Debentures/Bank Debenture Trading Programs/Phishing Sites
• Fraudulent Sites (Including, but not limited to sites listed at aa419.org & escrow-fraud.com)
• Child Pornography
• IP Spoofing, Making (D)Dos attacks, Hacking, Botnet Controllers, Malicious Bots, Virus/Malware/Trojan, Torrents, Torrent Trackers, Public leeching

 

If any phishing site (example: Paypal, ebay, bank duplicate site, etc) is found, your account will be immediately suspended/terminated without any refund and your access logs including your IP address will be sent to the appropriate law enforcement agencies. Also a fine of $50 will be levied for each instance.

Running shell scripts or malicious scripts on a cPanel shared web hosting account or a WHM reseller hosting account is not allowed and your account will be immediately suspended/terminated without any refund. Also a fine of $50 will be levied for each instance.

IP Spoofing, making (D)Dos attacks, Hacking, using Botnet Controllers and running Malicious Bots are not tolerated. If any such content is found your account will be immediately suspended/terminated without any refund. Also a fine of $50 will be levied for each instance.

Potential harm to minors is strictly forbidden, including but not limited to child pornography or content perceived to be child pornography (Lolita): Any site found to host child pornography or linking to child pornography will be suspended/terminated immediately without notice, without any refund. Also a fine of $50 will be levied for each instance.

WebT Hosting services, including all related equipment, networks and network devices are provided only for legal and authorized customer use.

Zero Tolerance Spam Policy
We take a zero tolerance stance against sending of unsolicited e-mail, bulk e-mailing, and spam. "Safe lists" and purchased lists will be treated as spam and is strictly not allowed. Any user who sends out spam will have their account terminated with/without notice, without any refund and a fine of minimum $75 will be levied.
If your actions have caused any IP address of any of our servers to be placed on any blacklist or any other email filtering software system, a $75 charge will be added to your account in addition to $75 per hour beyond the first hour for administrative charges incurred to remove and protect our servers and IP addresses from any blacklists or other email filtering software systems.

Sites advertised via SPAM (Spamvertised) may not be hosted on our servers. This provision includes, but is not limited to SPAM sent via fax, e-mail, instant messaging, or usenet/newsgroups. No organization or entity listed in the ROKSO may be hosted on our servers. Any account which results in our IP space being blacklisted will be immediately terminated.
