WebT Hosting customized services - fees

In case of any server related issue we will take care of it (free of cost).

For any other help you may need (example: help with your custom scripts, designing, CSS, PHP coding, etc) we offer advanced support to our clients at a nominal fee of $10 per hour required to do your work, on increments of 1 hour the minimum billing time being 1 hour. 

All you have to do is open a ticket with your request; and you will be asked to authorize the amount before your work is done. This fee is non-refundable and should be paid in advance.
