24x7 Ultimate Support is included with all VPS plans which includes troubleshooting any network or hardware related issue for free and making your VPS online.

If you want us to manage your VPS, we can also do that.

• Free Managed Service C (Fully Managed Service): On linux VPS plans, management is included for free if you use cPanel on your VPS.

• Paid Managed Service NC (Fully Managed Service): If you do not use cPanel, you are not eligible to get the free managed services and it will be charged at the rate of $10 per hour or $49.95 per month per VPS.

Fully managed service means that we will handle just about any issue or configuration request you may have with your server. Some examples of things covered by our fully managed service (but are not covered in our Ultimate Support) may include but are not limited to:
