The credit will be issued as validity to your hosting account with us, to be applied to your next invoice.

The information must be provided to us in the format set out in the website. If the information provided satisfies our requirements, you will receive your account credit that will apply to your next invoice (after the initial invoice). The credit can not be applied to pay your initial invoice, it is applicable to your next invoice. Credit will be granted only to the registered account holder. The credit will be given once your account has been activated. We reserve the right to refuse a credit if you provide insufficient documentation. Submission of a credit request indicates your acceptance of these terms. Credit will be given once per Client ID. Our determination regarding whether or not you qualify for a credit will be final.

The credit will be calculated as per the monthly billing cycle pricing of Photon Pro plan in case of shared hosting or as per RS-A or RS-B or RS-C in case of reseller hosting. If you received a refund from your former host as per their terms of service, no credit can be provided by us.

Your credit will be calculated as per any one of the instances given below, whichever is applicable to you.

Instance 1: If you purchase any hosting plan at WebT Hosting with 24 months validity, you will get full $50 transfer credit added to your account irrespective of the time remaining on your account with your former host. You must have atleast 2 days of validity remaining at your previous hosting provider to be eligible for this.

Instance 2: If you purchase any hosting plan at WebT Hosting with 6 months validity or 12 months validity, the amount of the credit will be the pro-rated balance for services left on your account with your former host, not to exceed $50.

Instance 3: If you purchase any hosting plan at WebT Hosting with 3 months validity, the amount of the credit will be the pro-rated balance for services left on your account with your former host, not to exceed $25.

Instance 4: If you purchase any hosting plan at WebT Hosting with 1 month validity, the amount of the credit will be the pro-rated balance for services left on your account with your former host, not to exceed $10.

For example if you buy our Photon Pro shared hosting plan with 3 months validity, you will get $25 credit added to your account to be applied to your next invoice. That is you will get ($25 ÷ $7.95) X 30 days = 94 days of extra validity, that is you pay only for 3 months and get 3 months + 94 days validity. You will also need to have $25 unused balance at your previous hosting provider in this example.
